Abstrak
Anjing lokal (Canis familiaris) umur 3 bulan menderita penyakit tumor ganas liposarcoma dengan keadaan fisik kurus, bulu kusam, dengan gejala klinis adanya eksudat dan akumulasi jaringan serouse pada mandibularis disertai pembengkakan limpoglandula daerah mandibula dan sub mandibularis. Patologi anatomi memperlihatkan akumulasi jaringan granula lemak yang berwarna ikterus pada jaringan sub mukosa seluruh tubuh dan penumpukkan jaringan lemak pada daerah mandibula. Histopatologi memperlihatkan sel hepatosit yang mengalami disosiasi akibat adanya ruang kosong dari infiltrasi sel lemak di dalam jaringan hati. Hal ini juga terlihat di limpa dan ginjal.

Abstrac
Local dog (Canis familiaris) 3 months of age suffering from malignant tumors liposarcoma with the physical state of thin, dull coat, with clinical symptoms of exudate accumulation serouse tissue swelling on the mandibular accompanied limpoglandula mandibular and sub-mandibular regional. Anatomic pathology demonstrated tissue accumulation of fat granules in the jaundice-colored at sub-mucosal tissues throughout the body and the accumulation of fatty tissue in the mandibular regional. Histopathology showed hepatocyte cell dissociation as a result of experiencing the empty space of the infiltration of fat cells in the liver tissue. It is also seen in the spleen and kidney.
